Introductions from seekers
Seekers who pick you send an introduction request through the directory. You see the request and what they need first; their contact details are revealed when you accept the lead — you pay per lead you take, never for the listing.

The Standard
One rule holds the whole directory up: say only what's true. Your profile is your own account of your practice, labeled as exactly that. A person on our team reviews every new listing and approves every ownership claim — nothing goes public unreviewed.
How trust tiers work
Every claim on a profile carries a signal tier. You control the first; the platform controls the rest — nobody, free or paying, can type their way up:
- Stated Your own declarations — services, specialties, style, bio. Honest, labeled, yours.
- Vouched Someone else stands behind the claim.
- Shown An inspectable artifact backs it — case studies, testimonials we found on your site.
- Measured Verified outcome data. The rarest tier, minted only by the platform.
Verifying ownership of your listing is by domain proof (a file or DNS record on your own website) plus a human check. No website? Our team verifies you by hand — a website is never required to be listed.
How leads & pricing work
- Listing is free. Claiming is free. Your profile serves whether you pay or not.
- You pay per lead you take. A seeker requests an introduction; you see their needs first and unlock the lead to get their contact details. The fee is set per service type and calibrated to your own typical engagement value — which you set privately and can change anytime.
- Seekers never see your numbers. Your engagement figures are confidential — they calibrate lead pricing, nothing else.
- No pay-to-rank. Paid placement is visually labeled and never reorders trust tiers. A provider can pay to be seen. A provider cannot pay to be trusted.
Refunds — and what you never pay
- Every lead is email-verified and screened before you ever see it. A request only reaches your inbox after the seeker confirms it from their own email and it passes our checks — you never pay for a lead that didn't clear both.
- Dud leads are refunded. Unreachable or bogus contact details, duplicates, spam or self-submission — request a refund within 7 days of the unlock and a qualifying lead is credited back (account credit first, or your original payment method on request). The full policy is written down.
- Refunds actually revoke. A full refund or a dispute automatically re-locks the lead — the money answer and the access answer move together, by machinery, not by memory.
- What you never pay: no subscription is required to receive or unlock leads, there are no credit packs to pre-buy, and nothing you've unlocked expires. You pay per lead you take — that is the whole model.
